Happy Techie Father's Day!

We at I4U News would like to wish all the fathers out there a very happy Father's Day. It's the one day out of the year that you're nationally recognized for being a parent, so we hope you all get to relax a little bit today (which is of course the best gift for a father), or do some things that your single or two-income male friends always get to do, like play golf or daydream about cars, or even check out I4U's Gadget Models when your wife's not around.

We at I4U like to recognize all you dads out there because you are the ones responsible for raising the gadget junkies of tomorrow, and the ones who tell their sons that it's cool to be a nerd. In a rare emotional moment, our new I4U reporter Mark Raby wrote down a poem just for you.An Ode To Techie Dads:

"When you become a dad
Sometimes it's not all that rad
Your $2,000 laptop becomes a toy
For your little girl or boy

After an 8-hour work day,
your kids want to play
Even though what you really need
Is to watch your new HD DVD of Speed

It's tough to be a dad
But even so you're still somehow glad
That even though you're broke
You're raising a fine young bloke

Thanks for visiting I4U
And Happy Father's Day to you!"

MANHATTAN — Tyshawn Taylor doesn’t make it easy, does he? One minute I’m thinking he’s Kansas’ Most Valuable Player this season, the next I want to go out on the floor and strangle him. Bet that would make the ESPN highlights, huh? But we should all be u ...
