That Samsung really went ahead and started to ship their Blu-ray Player BD-P1000 gets more startling every day. Sony's online shop shows now October 25th (via HDBeat) as release date for the Sony BDP-S1 Blu-ray player.
Early June SonyStyle delayed the release date the first time to August. So Sony fans need either wait or for the first time buy something from Samsung to get Blu-ray in their house. Several Blu-ray movies are now available.
The Man Room has one of the first reviews published of the Samsung Blu-ray player.
