If you manufacture copies of the Nokia 7260 you should have known that you had it coming. The Nokia 7260 fashion phone has a very, very distinct look. Tons of mobile phones look alike and it would be hard to argue, who copied from whom, but Nokia's fashion phones always stand out.
Nokia announced that it has filed civil litigation in Beijing, China against two companies for manufacturing and selling copies of the 7260. The 7260 is not new, it was announced back in 2004.
