Sony introduces the TAV-L1 all-in-one home theater system featuring a motorized sliding audio unit.
Sliding elements are a signature element of Bang & Olufsen systems. Sony tries to go in the same direction with the TAV-L1.
The Sony TAV-L1 features a 32 inch LCD, single-disc DVD/CD/SA-CD player and a digital amplifier. The speaker can slide up and down automatically to reveal or hide the TV screen.
The TAV-L1 systems will be available in August for about $4,000. (Sony taking pointers from B&O also in regards to pricing).
