Asustek Mum on Sony PS3 Console Shipments

Taiwan based manufacturer is said to start delivering Sony PS3 consoles to Sony this month.

Asustek is supposed to manufacture 4 million PS3 consoles for Sony.
The story has its origin in a Chinese newspaper called Commercial Times. Asustek issued a statement not to comment on this deal.

Anyway, it is about time to for Sony to get final production units, if they do not want to end up blowing their global launch like Microsoft did last year with the Xbox 360. Foxconn Electronics is also supposed to manufacture PS3 consoles for Sony.
