Sony did not yet officially announce the NW-S202, NW-S203F and NW-S205F flash music players, but some information and a photo already leaked.
Yesterday, I4U reader Thomas F. contacted me with new Sony flash player model names he found on an EAN list. Today ATRACLife published a photo of the tube shaped new Sony flash players. They apparently have better sources to find photos of unannounced Sony products.
The silver-colored Sony NW-S203F is water-resistant and besides playing music also has a calorie, step & distance counter and a stopwatch. An FM tuner also finds place in this small unique shaped player along a 1-Line OLED display. Battery life is 18 hours.
The NW-S205F has the same feature set, but is black and has 2GB storage.
ATRACLife also spotted the new players already on Amazon.com. The 1GB Sony NW-S203F is actually already available for pre-order on Amazon.com for $119.99 with armband. The Sony NW-S205F is also available for $149.99 on Amazon.com. Amazon.com lists a release date of September 18th.
There is no information yet on the NW-S202.
