Asus and Gigabyte Announce Motherboard Joint Venture
 
 

The PC motherboard leaders Asus (ASUStek) and Gigabyte announce a motherboard Joint Venture company.

Gigabyte will own 51% of the new company and Asus 49%. The new products would be sold under the Gigabyte brand.
There will be still Asus branded motherboards in the future. The joint venture is thought to help both companies even further strengthen their motherboard market dominance.I only build my PCs with Asus motherboards these days.
