Sony introduces the new Cyber-shot DSC-T50 in Japan.
The new Sony T-series camera combines the slim form factor of the former T-series camera with the touch screen introduced with the Sony DSC-N1.
The Sony DSC-T50 features 7.2MP resolution, 3.0 touch screen, high sensitivity of ISO1000, 56MB internal memory and image stabilizer.
With the provided stylus you can use the integrated image editor to paint or write on photos. Additionally you can select background music to play while showing photos in a slideshow.
We already reported about the T50 when it leaked on the web in early August. Sony asked us back then to remove the information again.
The Sony DSC-T50 will ship in Japan on October 13th in black, silver and red. We should see a US and European announcement soon.
More details in this Sony press-release (Japanese).
