TiVo released a press-release announcing their new HD digital media recorder Series3.

The TiVo Series3 HD box enables you to record up to 32 hours of HD programming, or up to 300 hours of recording capacity in standard definition.
Other features include Ethernet port, USB, 2 CableCARD decoder, backlit, programmable TiVo remote and 1080i output over component or HDMI. The new TiVo Series3 HD box will soon be available for $799.99 at major retailers. The new HD era does not come cheap. Here is already a hands-on review of the Series3.
Amazon.com started to list the TiVo Series3, but ordering is not available yet. TiVo is selling the Series3 direct already on their site. See also the TiVo press-release.
