Chinese Aigo offers the Patriot MP-F986 digital audio player that goes into the iRiver Clix direction.

The Aigo Patriot MP-F986 features navigation buttons left and right from the screen. Other features include MP3 and Ogg audio file support, AVI video format support, text viewer, photo viewer, and SRS WOW sound.
The color OLED screen has 160x128px resolution. The MP-F986 measures 68x47x16mm and weighs 43g. The new Aigo has currently only appeared in China.
Chinese tech news site ZOL (Chinese) has lots of photos and details of the Aigo Patriot MP-F986, which is not available yet on the Aigo site.
