Asian game exporter Lik-Sang opened the pre-order on Sony PS3 with no money down.
We already reported about Audio Cubes offering pre-order on the 60GB PS3 and 20GB PS3. Currently they do not take orders, because they need to secure supply first for additional inventory. Pre-order might commence this week. We will keep you informed.
Audio Cubes has published prices ($999 for the 60GB, $699 for the 20GB PS3).
Lik-Sang is just warning you that the price for the PS3 will be way higher than the MSRP on launch day.

The US launch is on November 17th. 6 days is just a too short time to get a Japanese version instead of the US version at your local Best buy or on Amazon.com.
