Onkyo introduces the Wavio MP-1000J portable AV hard-drive enclosure.
The Onkyo Wavio MP-1000J can be equipped with 2.5 inch HDDs.
Data can be uploaded via USB. AV outputs support 480p, 720p and 1080i resolutions. Neat feature is the ability to power the HDD enclosure with a 12V car adapter. This way you can play video or audio media through your car media system.This AV HDD enclosure is compact with measurements of 80x148x24mm.
The Onkyo Wavio MP-1000J goes on sale next week in Japan. The price is supposed to be 14,800 Yen ($125) without HDD.
