ViaMichelin has a cool new mobileGPS system called the X-980T GPS. The most interesting feature of the device is the combination of the 2D and 3D maps allowing you to get driving directions and get 3D representations of landmarks for better driving instructions.
The device also supports Bluetooth hands free phones so you can keep eyes on the road allowing you to make and receive calls via the GPS systems speaker and mic. The screen is a 4.3” panoramic LCD.You can have routes selected by shortest route, quickest route, bike route, pedestrian, no tolls and recommended by ViaMichelin. Currently the system is for Europe only, no word on when or if it will make it to the USA. Buy your own GPS systemhere. Via Ubergizmo

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
