The i1055 comes in white or black to fit to your choice of iPod.
Buy.com sells the iLuv i1055 for only $179.78.
The iLuv i1055 can be powered either with a 10V AC Power Adapter, 12V Cigarette Lighter Adapter
or with the built-in Ni-MH rechargeable battery. Other features include S-Video out, 2x 3.5mm headset connectors, Video In/Out and Audio In/Out.
The i1055 also sells on the iluv site for $229.95, where you currently get a carrying pouch and stereo headphones for free, apparently a $60 value.
