You like your cool gamer tag or IM nickname? You want to have it on the Sony Playstation Network as well?
Apparently Sony is offering Sony PS3 master ID sign-up on the Playstation store starting on November 17th for those who do not then have a Sony PS3 console.
This would be a nice move and would give everybody the chance to grab a cool account name for the Playstation Network. This not only is good for European. It will be good for all the US Sony fanboys who will not score a PS3 on the November 17th launch day.The information comes from Sony's Phil Harrison. See Sony's Three Speech site for reference. The Sony Playstation store has no information yet on this.
