Nike AMP+ iPod Wrist Remote

A new accessory for the Nike+iPod line of products has leaked on a Mens Health Holiday tech guide reports Ars Technica.

The black plastic wrist band is dubbed AMP+. It features a LED panel and works via Bluetooth. Not sure why Bluetooth. The current sensor for the Nike+iPod Sport Kit does not use Bluetooth as far as I know.

A wrist control for your iPod is nothing new. The Scosche iPod Wrist Remote is on the market since 2005.The AMP+ will ship in February for apparently $80.
If Apple make the AMP+ by itself we would not know about it. I am sure Nike leaked it. See the latest Wirst watch news on our Wrist Dreams site.
