Today is World Aids Day. U2's Bono has a special video message on the Join Red site that is worth watching.
We reported about several Product RED gadgets in the past. A percentage of the sales price of each shiny red gadget supports the Global Fund. Critics say that you also could just donate some money. You can, but people need to be reminded to do it. Combining cool gadgets with a good cause is a great way to remind people.
Today also the Google homepage is linking directly to Join Red. We try to add our part and feature it too.
