The Crucial RAM is also EPP allowing for easier overclocking on compatible mainboards. Unfortunately for me my abit AW9D-Max mainboard simply refused to run the Crucial RAM at the desired 1000MHz. I will revisit this RAM again in the future when my new BFG mainboard based on the NVIDIA 680i chipset gets here.Review excerpt: "After opening the box and extracting the memory from the little plastic bags, I was greeting with a nice looking matched pair of some of the fastest 1GB RAM modules around.
