Once the wireless USB hub is connected, you can then place your printer or other USB device anywhere in your room and connect just as it was plugged into your PC. The wireless range is up to 30 feet from the hub and still allows you 480 Mbps data transfer speeds on USB 2.0.I’m not very clear on how the Belkin wireless USB setup will operate with USB bus powered devices or if it even will work with them. I am assuming that the hub you plug your USB devices into requires power, so perhaps that’s a non-issue. At any rate, I can’t wait to get my hands on one of these and try it out. Pricing is set at $199 and it is supposed to ship mid-December so any day now.
