Samsung introduces in Korea the CX225MD 22 inch HDTV (Monitor) geared towards living room use.
The 22 inch screen has a resolution of 1680x1050px, but is able to use a full HD (1080p) signal as input. I guess the squeeze and cut the image to fit on the lower resolution.
Other features of this PC LCD monitor in living room design are 700:1 contrast ratio, 5ms response time, 400cd/m2 brightness, HDMI, DVI-D, D-SUB, S-video and composite inputs.
