It seems that Comcast has finally provided the most compelling reason to change from my beloved satellite to cable, on-demand PPV movies that are available the same day as they hit the video store! Take that you late fee charging wankers at Blockbuster!Comcast is even charging about the same price my video store charges, $4 for the new releases plus you know it will be there and I don’t have to endure some 16 year old moron trying to up sell me to the $.25 protection plan for the movie. Currently the service is only available in Denver and Pittsburgh where presumably it’s too darn cold to go to the movie store. Story and image via Gizmodo.
