Internally both of the versions are the same with the exception that the internal PCI version sports a coaxial input. Other specs are S-video and composite inputs, 10-bit DACs and noise reduction capabilities. Channel tuning and PVR capabilities are a given.Pricing is currently set at $105 for the internal version and $123 for the external version. There is also an optional IR remote at $36 which allows you to control the tuners from the comfort of your couch. Availability is slated fro late January, the same time as Vista is released.
