Sharp 108 inch LCD TV at CES 2007

Sharp takes the lead in crazy big LCD TVs with a 108 inch model announced at the CES 2007.

The display of the Sharp 108 inch 1080p HDTV measures 2,38×1,34m.

Sharp started 1988 with a 14 inch TFT display. 19 years later they arrived at 108 inch. Sharp did not announce any plans to actually sell this big LCD TV. There is also no price for it.
The Sharp 108 inch display is 5 inches larger than the commercially available 103 inch Plasma HDTV available from Panasonic.
