LG Z1 Notebook with Vista SideShow

With Microsoft’s Vista OS dropping at the end of the month we are seeing a proliferation of notebook PCs that feature the external LCD for Vista SideShow. The notebook in question is called the LG Z1 and looks really cool.

The LG Z1 has a bit of ebony and ivory going with its shiny black case and white keyboard. The rig has an Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 CPU running at 2.0 GHz, a 12.1 inch 1280 x 800 display and 1 GB of DDR2.I don’t see any specs on the secondary display, but it will suffice for showing of Vista gadgets and your inbox full of porn spam. No word as yet on pricing or availability but expect to pay a premium for the extra display. Story and image via Engadget
