It looks like there is still hope for Blu-ray. Early this year we reported from the AVN 2007, that there would be no XXX-rated movies on Blu-ray.
Now Vivid Entertainment announced that they will be releasing "Debbie Does Dallas … Again" on Blu-ray and HD DVD in March.
Steven Hirsch from Vivid is quoted saying: "We have had many challenges, but have secured both authoring and replication for Blu-ray."
As said in the first story on this topic, it is important for the success of Blu-ray to publish adult movies and not let HD DVD dominate this category.
