Samsung announces the SGH-i520 and SGH-i600 smartphones at the 3GSM 2007.

The Samsung Ultra Messaging i600 (photo) is a HSDPA smartphone that is only 11.8mm thin and weighs a mere 105g.

Features of the Windows smartphone include 2.3 inch screen with QVGA resolution, full QWERTY keyboard, microSD card slot, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
The Samsung i520 3G smartphone also supports HSDPA. Features of the Symbian S60 3rd Edition running smartphone include a 2MP camera, 2.3 inch QVGA screen, music player, microSD card slot, Bluetooth and external touch keys.
