Rumors that Apple Mac Pro would get the ATI Radeon HD 3870 graphics card as option sprung up.

The card would also work on older Mac Pro computers.
Your needs and the price of the card will determine if the Mac Pro really is the ideal option for you.ATI already announced the HD 3870 back in November 2007.
