Connect the motionFX to your standard PS2 controller and you can turn it into a motion-sensing device that is ideal for driving games, but can be used for any game you desire. There is a bit of a learning curve with the SplitFish motionFX adapter when it comes to sensitivity and control, though the sensitivity is adjustable.
In this video footage, you will see me using the motionFX to run from the popo in Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2. If you are thinking about getting a racing wheel for your PS2 or gave up trying to use your racing wheel because it just didn’t work for you, the SplitFish motionFX is a fantastic controller that replaces a racing wheel easily.
The SplitFish motionFX sells for $19.99 on Gamestop.
