Laptop Mag reports that Verizon is supposed to launch their V CAST Mobile TV service today.

The V CAST Mobile TV service is supposed to run on the Samsung SCH-U620 with eight channels that feature live and time-shifted content from CBS, Comedy Central, ESPN, Fox, MTV, NBC Entertainment, NBC News, and Nickelodeon.
Pricing is expected to be $15 per month for the Mobile TV service or $25 per month with a bundled package that will include Verizon V CAST Video and Mobile Web.

The WSJ just reviewed yesterday the MobiTV (already around since 2004) mobile TV service on Sprint Nextel Corp. and AT&T Inc.'s Cingular.
