I am just getting back into my daily routine after spending 2 days in Rhodos, Greece at the Sony Media Experience 2007.
Sony explained to 400 European journalists that Sony is HD and HD is Sony.
With great parties at the evening and impressively prepared 'experience' workshops Sony tried to get across on a high level what they are about these days - the High Definition Experience consumers apparently want.
I enjoyed the two days of hanging out with fellow tech writers from across Europe. And yes, I believe now Sony is ‘like.no.other’, the Mythos Beer did it.
Seriously, Sony makes especially with the BRAVIA TVs a great impression. Once the Sony PS3 gets games that are 'like.no.other' and Playstation Home takes off, the company could be sitting on a sales rocket across all product categories.
Visit our Photo Gallery for some impressions from the Sony event. The photo above is from the Blu-ray street party in the old city of Rhodos featuring street artists with blue lit outfits. The photo below is from the Sony alpha SLR camera workshop, where I could test the alpha A100 on a greek gadget model.
