Korean portable media player makers like ReignCom, Cowon strike deals with video sharing sites to bring User Created Content (UCC) directly onto their players.
ReignCom (iRiver) is working on a file downloading service in cooperation with Korean UCC site Mncast. The iRiver Plus 3 program will automatically transform UCC files into ones suitable for portable devices.
Cowon is working with UCC file market PixCow to allow its customers to download video clips.
Maybe Apple will soon work with Youtube to make it easy to get Youtube vids on the iPod?
