For easy set up the 5.1 multi-channel analog inputs are color coded and the receiver is compatible with both Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD formats found on HD DVD and Blu-Ray media. Each system uses five of Onkyo’s new satellite speakers with the front three speakers utilizing 3 ¼ inch cone woofers and ¾ inch ceramic tweeters.
