The rumor of an Apple Tablet PC appeared again yesterday on a ZDNet Blog.
The first time we reported about an Apple Tablet or Apple touch screen PDA was back in 2002. Back than something called the iWalk was rumored. Six years later we at least got a touchscreen and it is a phone not a PDA.
The new Apple Tablet PC rumor says that Apple will launch a 12 or 13 inch Tablet computer this Fall.
It is of course Intel Atom based. Additionally the Apple Tablet would run full Mac OS X, have a slot loading SuperDrive, and a GPS chip.
Back in November a rumor spread that Asus would build the Apple Tablet.
I do not find Tablet computers that exciting, but maybe Apple can do it in a way that I would be convinced.
More details on the Apple Core blog.
