Besides being black the Xbox 360 Elite features finally a HDMI port and gives you a 120GB HDD.
Maybe it is even a good thing that you cannot get your hands on a Xbox 360 Elite as some reports appear that talk of "red ring of death" and disc scratching issues.

Not all your typical sources for video game hardware have even listed the Xbox 360 Elite. Amazon.com offers it and Wal-mart has again a more expensive bundle of the Elite. Both retailers are sold-out.
EBGames and Gamestop do not list the Elite at the moment for order.
