EVGA has pimped out the new NVIDIA 8800 Ultra and called it the Black Pearl. EVGA put out a Black Pearl Edition of the 8800 GTX last year as well. The new 8800 Ultra Black Pearl is a liquid cooled and overclocked graphics card.
The Black Pearl can be used with either 1/2 inch or 3/8 inch water cooling systems and is 100% tested for reliability and performance before the card is shipped. EVGA claims that the liquid cooled Black Pearl runs up to 30c cooler than normal 8800 Ultra graphics cards.
The core speed of the 8800 Ultra Black Pearl is 655MHz and a pair of EVGA 8800 Ultra graphics cards was used to set the current 3DMark06 record of 25,000. the memory clock on the Black Pearl is 2250MHz with a shader clock of 1663 MHz. via EVGA
