You can use the strap on your mobile or camera and when needed convert the strap to use it to connect a portable device to a PC or Mac.
The Merax USB Strap is a neat idea, as I find myself always forgetting to carry around an USB cable.
The Merax USB Strap has an MSRP of $14.99, but is expect to sell for $9.99 in stores.
