Man when I was a kid I wanted a jet pack so bad, and honestly I still do. I mean who wouldn’t want a jet pack? Jet Pack International has them for sale for a cool $250,000. These same people had the OCC guys build them a chopper on American chopper not too long back.
They show two models of jet packs on their website, the Jet Pack H202 is powered by H2O2 naturally and has a mere 33 second flight time and a max speed of 70mph. Moving up a notch is the Jet Pack H202-Z powered by the same fuel but boasting a 43 second flight time at 77 seconds.
Also shown on the site is a Jet Pack T-73 slated for release on December 11 2007. This may well be the jet pack we have lusted after for years with a whopping 19 minute flight time, a max distance of 27 miles and a max speed of 83 mph running on Jet-A fuel. Man if they keep tweaking these jet packs and get the price down, maybe before we are told old to use the thing they will be priced as ATVs are now and we can fly around rather than being stuck in the dirt.
