Europe is feeling left out right now, with the iPhone only being available now in the United States. The only comfort European iPhone fans find is in the believe that Europe gets a 3G iPhone.
There is no confirmation that there will be a 3G iPhone for Europe as Apple does not talk about future products.
The latest rumor reported by Guy Kewney at newswireless.net says that the 3G iPhone Europe announcement would already come on Monday.
The announcement would involve Vodafone and T-Mobile as well as UK mobile phone retailer Carphone Warehouse.
Other rumors suggest that Vodafone tries to get an exclusive deal similar to what AT&T has in the US.
I would be surprised if we hear anything about a 3G iPhone next week, but you never know. Europe takes vacations very seriously; maybe they want to break the news before everybody goes on vacation for the summer.
