Sony published a visually interesting and stylish Blu-ray commercial online at what Sony calls the Museum of Low Res.
The Blu-ray video filmed on location within a working industrial chimney with a bank of blue light lasers capturing the action of gladiators battling futuristic robo-cops and cars being dropped from above. See the video below.
You can only see what the Blue lasers are revealing. Sony is continuing their trend of featuring visually stunning ads that are made without computer animation (e.g.: Sony Bravia Commercial).
As recently reported Sony and Blu-ray is giving away 5 free Blu-ray movies with the purchase of qualified Blu-ray players.
See also the Sony Museum of Low Res site for some elaborate Blu-ray evangelizing.
Sony also launched a iCal object that keeps your calendar updated with the latest Blu-ray movie releases. Get it here.
