Yesterday Nintendo announced the Wii Fit and the Wii Balance Board at the E3 2007. We have got now a video from Nintendo featuring the details of this cool new exercise system for the Nintendo Wii.

The exercises are displayed by 3D figures on the screen. Indicators tell you if you are doing the exercise correct and in the right pace.
You can choose between Yoga, muscle toning, aerobic and balance exercises.
The only open question is still when Nintendo is releasing Wii Fit.
