Monster Cable ventures into "cable-less" products.
The leader in hometheater connectors is offering a Car Wireless FM Solution for iPods. The iCarPlay's charger plugs into the 12-volt DC outlet (cigarette lighter) in the car. The Monster Cable iCarplay connects to the the dock connector on the bottom of the iPod.
Available FM station on the iCarPlay are 88.1, 88.3, 88.5, 88.7, 88.9, 89.1, 89.3, or 89.5.
The Monster Smart Digital Charging technology rapidly charges the iPod and then switches to a trickle charge to optimize its performance.
Amazon.com is selling the Monster Cable iCarPlay for $69.99.
