This was a quick conversion from a rumor to reality. Yesterday we reported that about a rumor that Microsoft will ship Xbox 360 consoles with HDMI ports end of Summer. Now a ShackNews has confirmation that there are actually already new Xbox 360 Premium consoles with HDMI ports in stores.
So beware when you buy a new Xbox 360 Premium console for the new low price of $349.99. Try to find one with HDMI.
You can recognize the new Xbox 360 Premium HDMI on the packaging. There is supposed to be an HDMI logo (via Kotaku).
There is no word from Microsoft that the Core would feature HDMI. Most people anyway assume that the Xbox 360 Core days are numbered.
To buy a new Xbox 360 Premium online, like on Amazon.com is currently not such a good idea, as the consoles are not marked having HDMI or not.
