LG Electronics will introduce the LG-KU990 5MP camera phone at the IFA 2007 in Berlin next month.
LG calls the all black camera phone 'Viewty'. Somebody should tell the Korean mobile phone companies to stop giving their phones weird names. Samsung recently named one of their phones miniskirt. Yesterday we reported on one that Samsung dubbed UFO. Viewty is the worst name yet.Besides the weird name the new LG 5.1MP camera phone has some interesting digital camera features. The LG-KU990 features a Schneider Kreuznach lens, image stabilizer, up to ISO 800 sensitivity, auto focus and 120fps video recording.
Other features of the Viewty include a 3 inch screen and music player.
LG says that this new high-end camera phone will be available in Europe in October. Via the LG site (Korean).
Every other new mobile phone LG introduced this year featured gadget models. This release only came with product shots - what is up with that LG? Look at some of our Gadget Models instead.
