Today in about 3 hours Apple is hosting one of their highly anticipated press events to announce new products. This fall event is expected to bring new iPod nano 4G, new iPod touch players and maybe some surprises that nobody has guessed yet. For some this Apple event might be the last as CERN is switching on the LHC tomorrow.
The Apple Store is already down and will stay this way until after the event.
MacRumors latest rumors about what Apple will launch today include iPod nano player in sizes up to 8GB and 16GB and 9 different colors for each nano.
The iPod touch storage sizes are supposed to stay as they are.
Besides iPods the event could also bring new MacBooks and possibly a Tablet/PDA/Netbook (a rumor that is coming up at every Apple event).
The Apple Event starts today at 10am PCT.
