Logitech Announces AuidoHub

Logitech announced today their newest product for laptops called the AudioHub. The AudioHub is a one-piece 2.1 speaker system for notebooks. The device has three USB 2.0 ports as well as the built in speakers.

The one-piece system uses a three-chamber speaker system with an integrated subwoofer that Logitech says creates clear highs with solid lows. The AudioHub also has a mute button that turns off sound without having to disconnect the USB hub.

Only one USB plug is required for powering the USB hub and connecting the speakers to the PC. The AudioHub is only 3.5-inches high giving it a low profile to fit on your desk easily and the system has an adjustable width so you can position the speakers to be beside the notebook rather than behind it. The AudioHub will be available in October for $99.99.Via Logitech
