Arion Technologies announced today that it has the exclusive distribution rights to the GameSwitch for North America. The game switch allows owners of the PS3 to connect both your PS3 and your PC to one DVI display.
The device will retail for $235 plus shipping, making it nearly half the cost of the PS3 itself. I can see this device being useful to owners of DVI equipped displays with only one input.
Only a few PC displays on the market currently have dual DVI inputs. I can also see this being useful for those simply wanting to connect more than one PC to a display as well. "Acceptance of the GameSwitch has been immediate," said Larry Thomas, Arion's Sales Manager. "We were receiving inquiries about the GameSwitch and how to purchase it even before we had it on our web site or shopping cart."
