Starting November 12th you can get your hands on a XO laptop and give one to a child for $399.

For a brief time the Negroponte's One Laptop Per Child project is offering a two XO laptops for $399. If you order that package, you will receive on XO laptop and the organization will ship the other one to a child in need. The small XO laptop runs Linux on a x86 CPU with 433Mhz. Other features include an ultra-bright 7.5 inch screen, WiFi, 1GB RAM and 1GB ROM.
There are no plans to offer the XO laptop in the U.S., so this Give 1 Get 1 promotion might be your only chance to get one in your hands. By taking this offer you are also doing something very good.
