Rio sets release date of the Rio Carbon 5GB Music Player, also the Carbon shows up already in BestBuy stores.
Rio Audio introduced the Rio Carbon Music Player on August 2nd.
Rio is shipping on September 3rd 500 limited edition Rio Carbon Players to the ones who ordered from their site. Rio sells the Limited Edition Carbon for $249.95. It features a Laser engraving on the back proofing its a LE. It is only a special packaging, no difference in the Player itself. See Limited Edition Product Page.
Amazon.com sells the Rio Carbon for $224.99 (still pre-order).
BestBuy is showing
The Rio Carbon in Stock on Shopping.com for $249.99, but not on their
site.
Some users on Riovolution claim they got already one from BestBuy stores.
