Cash does not get you an Apple iPhone

Apple stores are no longer accepting cash for iPhone purchases. Additionally you cannot buy more than two iPhones per person.

The new policy has been in place since Thursday. Apple hopes to stop unauthorized iPhone reselling with these new measures. Apple already sold about 1.4 million iPhones and managed to take the 4th place in mobile phone sales in Q3 of 2007.
