The SANYO Sirius Satellite Radio Receiver CRSR-10 comes with everything needed for home and car use.

The satellite radio receiver has a built-in FM Transmitter to listen to radio via the car stereo or home stereo without connecting cables.
It measures 4.0 x 4.0 x 1.2 inches. The Sanyo Sirius Receiver comes with three interchangeable color rings (chrome, black, & blue) to adjust the look.

Walmart sells the Sanyo Sirius Satellite Receiver for $145.62.
